Post penguin , its not that easy to get your keywords on first page with just a single blast or with few links sprinkling here and there. From third month you are starting to build massive links to your tier 2 , please make a note , never build massive links to money site. Links pointing to money site should be of quality. Quantity doesn’t matter on tier 1. You should see many long tail keywords on first page and few main keywords coming up in SERP. This month you need to spend time in identifing more long tail keywords and start promoting it with same set of techniques.

Make sure you are including more images and videos in those web 2 sites. There should be articles without link too to keep it as natural as possible. Get some high PR links to those web 2 sites.

Just not to leave any footprints , you need to avoid few common platforms and add new ones. Most of the keywords should be performing well by this time, You may need to check your competition and scale it accordingly. Feel free to blast your tier 3 links as much as possible and feed in those links to lindexed which will increase the spider crawl rates and it indirectly help you to score more.
